Hi, I'm Ross

insurance christchurch ross fowler

Covering all areas of Christchurch & Canterbury and with access to a wide range of insurance providers and products, I am committed to finding you the right insurance solution.

I have a wealth of experience in the NZ insurance industry and have forged many strong relationships which I use to secure the right outcomes for my clients.

I will be your advocate throughout the journey, from securing the right offer of insurance, to providing a helping hand at claim time.

I am married to Liz and together we have 4 children and 5 grandchildren (so far). I’m a passionate sports enthusiast, particularly golf, rugby and fishing.

I started in the insurance industry in 2007. Prior to this I worked within the meat industry for 26 years, founding and managing a successful company based in Rotorua. These days I thrive on the challenge of helping people identify their insurance needs as well as advising small and medium sized business owners (I’ve been there).

Following a recent move to Christchurch (to be closer to the grandchildren), I am excited about meeting the insurance needs of Cantabrians – who understand better than most why the important things in life need protecting.

I bring 100% commitment to working hard for all my clients.

My philosophy for excellent client service is working only with top quality companies which in turn yield the best long term result for you, the client.

Outside of my professional life I am a passionate family man and sports fan. My wife and I like to travel as often as possible, visiting our son’s who have both lived in Europe. When I’m at home I take take my grandchildren fishing, or spend summer afternoons manning the family Barbecue.

I am an ambassador for Big Brothers New Zealand and spent many years mentoring a young boy from an underprivileged background in Rotorua.

In my younger years I played representative Rugby, Cricket and Tennis. In more recent times I’ve represented Bay of Plenty in golf, then going on to manage the Bay of Plenty masters team to their maiden national victory, and two more victories in the following years.
